[007] The Persian Excursion
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
It’s not a war. It’s an excursion.
It's both. It’s a little excursion that will keep us out of a war.
We didn’t start it, but once we knew what Israel was going to do we then had to do what we did. So we didn’t start it, but we also did.
We didn’t hit the Shajarah Tayyebeh school in Minab and kill almost 200 little Iranian girls along with their teachers. Yes, it was a Tomahawk missile and no, Iran doesn't have Tomahawk missiles. It still must have been them.
The Strait of Hormuz is not closed. It is open for transit. We don't need anyone's help to keep it open because the Iranian navy has been depleted. They don't have many shots left. Which is why we need Japan, South Korea, France, the UK, and China to come help us defend the Strait of Hormuz.
Shipping will not be disrupted, but if it is disrupted it will only be for a short time. Gas prices are gonna be the lowest in history. They're gonna go up for a little bit, though. Just a little bit for a little bit of time. But in the long run it'll be great. It's gonna save us so much money.
We do need to give the Pentagon another 200 billion dollars, though. It takes money to kill bad guys. The American People will get their money back right after we send out the $2,000 DOGE Checks and the $5,000 Tariff Checks.
It's not about regime change. We do need the regime to change, though. We call on the 92 million Iranian people who lack the protection of the 2nd Amendment to rise up against a tyrannical government that showed the world, just 2 months ago, that it's willing to slaughter its own citizens by the thousands.
Look, none of this matters because we've had some great talks with Iran. The Iranian government has denied that those talks are occurring, but don't listen to them. You can trust the famously honest President of the United States.
This war will be over within weeks. Days, even.
It's already over, to tell you the truth. We won it on the first day.
It was over before it ever happened.
